Lodz University of Technology boasts a group of more than 120,000 graduates. The university's anniversary is the best time to emphasize the value they represent and develop cooperation within the academic community.
A perfect opportunity to do so is a mentoring program with graduates and students. It will bring together the community of Lodz University of Technology in the implementation of joint projects for personal development and career support.
The idea behind the program is to work together on a mentor-mentee basis. Exceptional graduates of our university will share their experience and knowledge with students wishing to develop their skills in areas that interest them.
The symbol of the “Power of Community” program is an oak leaf, firmly rooted in the history of our University. The Oak Fabrykant - admired by successive generations of students since the university's establishment - grows in Klepacz Park belonging to the university. Its fame extends more widely. It is also the European Tree of the Year 2023.
The oak is identified with wisdom, strength and longevity. The mentoring program will help build such relationships among members of Lodz University of Technology community. The program will be implemented by the Careers Office of Lodz University of Technology.
